On March 25th at 5:28pm ET we released a change to our watermarking service on Trust Centers. This change caused watermarks to be skipped on documents downloaded from Trust Centers. After identifying this issue, we rolled back the change at 7:52pm ET. Watermarks are now correctly being applied to documents.

We initially indicated we would contact you directly within 24 hours with a list of impacted downloads. As we investigated, we identified that only a subset of PDF documents downloaded during that window did not have a watermark applied. We need additional time to complete our analysis and now plan to contact you by 5pm PT on Friday, March 27th with a list of any impacted document downloads.

The service is fully operational and no action is required on your part.
